The Standard Chute comes with five side gates that open with one hand, but will not come open by themselves.

When preg checking, there is no need to get behind the cattle, as this standard hydraulic cattle chute is long enough to reach in from the side.

Salt Creek’s standard chutes are all the same size and built from the same gauge material.

The standard chute comes equipped with a single phase 220 Baldor 3 HP electric motor.  Also standard are one full length bottom door and one split bottom door, which is excellent for testing bulls.

Every moving part is equipped with either a grease fitting or steel bushing.  The motor is rubber-mounted and rubber bumpers have been installed to reduce noise.

The standard chute has a hydraulically adjusted bottom to keep cattle on their feet and properly restrained.  The econochute is equipped with a manually adjusted bottom.
